My question is how do you deal with people that thier level of thinking is fixed in one side, people who always see things from their own way of thinking alone
It's kind of difficult for sure. But when there is no option, I deal with them by adapting to their way. If they are not flexible and that's impacting my work, I become flexible to get the job done.
