Hey @abbey877 Different people have different ways of calming their nerves. Somebody’s experience might not work for you here, you will have to identify your way out. But yeah, the catch is to look for positive things around you. Whatever motivates you or makes you happy, could me a vacation, good food, family time or music, you need to take that up to get yourself out of the mode. Things will eventually fall in place; after every night there’s a day, sun rises and brightens our life. So there is no way yours is gonna lay in dark.
You can also share your heart with those you trust, sometimes that really helps.

Nice idea. It is better to look for something that gives one pleasure and satisfaction then try to do that.
