Well those are neighbours, so yes we can at lest curse. My ex once asked me why I wasn’t listening to her. And I said that constantly talking isn’t necessarily communicating. It costed a lot of calls, travelling and multiple sorry’s in multiple ways to break the silence. Lol 🤪 I try to be mindful since then, even to politely ask people to shut up.
