Football lovers know Barcelona is a big football club, as well as his nemesis, Real Madrid. They both created great players who fascinated many fans and people around the world like Raul, Ronaldo, Figo, Ronaldinho, Zidane, C. Ronaldo and Messi. The last name, he officially moved to the elite French Football Club, PSG (Paris Saint-Germain FC). It's a sad news for Barcelona fans but, that’s how football works. I mean players can come and go, the club can only accept or reject. Meanwhile, a fans can only accept and support a player.

Messi left Barcelona and also he left the Spanish League (La Liga). Even though he isn’t young anymore, Messi still has charisma to many people in La Liga. Even after Ronaldo moved to Juventus, the appeal of La Liga has waned. Its that true ? Or do you only want to see the figure of Messi when he is on television or stadium ? Or do you have another reasons ? Well, this question must be answered immediately.

Messi's quality in La Liga is unquestionable, he is a big player in history of La Liga. But in La Liga, there are still some of clubs and other good players who are trying to break the dominance of either Real Madrid or Barcelona. We can say that, some clubs like Atletico Madrid, Sevilla, Valencia, Villareal, Athletic Bilbao still has charm. Even though, the popularity and marketability of those club are still below of both giants.

When we talk about players, In Barcelona they already has players like Aguero, Depay, F. De Jong, Ter Stegen as well as their senior players like Busquets and Pique. Meanwhile, their eternal rivals (Real Madrid) have classy players like Hazard, Asensio, Kroos, Casemiro, Courtois and their new player, Alaba (But, they lost R. Varane who moved to Manchester United and Sergio Ramos who moved for free to PSG). Outside of 2 giants, Atletico Madrid have talented players like, J. Oblak, Koke, Saul, Suarez and their new midfielder, De Paul.

While in other clubs like Sevilla, there are some names like Navas, Rakitic, Ocampos and Lamela. In Athletic Bilbao, they have a talented young player named Inaki Williams and Real Betis, they have a great midfielder like Nabil Fekir. This is still shows us that La Liga still has a lot of great and talented players. However, we admit that the El Clasico match is no longer as exciting as it used to be. La Liga lost its charm, but they didn't lose their talent.

It is also a matter of time. There are times when the trend is up and there are times when the trend is down, it just like the current La Liga condition. I understand that Barca's financial condition forced them to release Lionel Messi. On other hand, the attractiveness of French league was somewhat uphill after the arrival of La Pulga. Barcelona “let” PSG making the dream team squad that many people expected. Now, after Messi moved to PSG, do people still watch Barcelona? Are people still interested in watching La Liga after they lost Ronaldo and Messi? I don't know and I can't answer that. This is the world of football that sometimes it can be surprised you.
