Well, I don't know that I can call it work. Reading is something I enjoy. I like reading people's points of view. The grading is a challenge to a degree. That so many people participate in it means they also enjoy the challenge itself.
By writing these bases down, everyone gets an insight into what I believe is @calumam's mind. Consider it a cheat sheet. I wonder though if the bases are written down now, if things will become more challenging...
Irrespective of how you tend to enjoy it, I still believe that its quite the task and sometimes enjoying doing it makes it lesser of a task.
You're right, nevertheless things won't become more challenging. I think it'll become more comprehensive for the participants meaning you'll have even more tougher job to do as a judge.
You have good points. I feel I stop enjoying the work when I come across potential plagiarism or blatant acts of it. Then the true detective/enforcement work begins. I definitely don’t enjoy that part.
