POB has the same rule on SV as Hive. People have gotten DVs with excessive SVs.

Yeah, VYB doesn't like self-voting to any degree.

    so on VYB there wont be self voting, if so that will be nice it will push out some greedy people and have no option than to vote others.

    You're correct that self-votes in VYB won't be tolerated.

    I have to write though that I'm not sure it's all about greedy people. Hive appears to tolerate self-voting at the 9-10% VP average mark. Self-voting is a hold-over from Steem where it was expected for people to SV at that time to demonstrate that authors liked their work.
