Yes I did, and pledged and read through the posts of @dreemsteem which hit home, my father's side have heart disease and my mother passed away having vascular dementia from diabetes.
And I must admit the guy with his 30, I was the same attitude to life but older than 30. Needless to say I have calmed down massively over the years.
I think a lot of people will find @dremsteems's post quite relatable, and I'm sorry it is even more so for you😢 I think it is wonderful though that we are blessed with the opportunity to reassess our lives and the actions we take personally for our own health.
