Not all religions are good
Welcome to the word of the weekoh wow, thanks for the tag @scholaris!💗🙏 Your analogy is great and dripping with artistic creativity. Everything in life is about balance and there must exist periods of quiet respite between periods of high activity and intensity. It's the natural order of things. Physical pleasure may always be short-lived but if we go in with our eyes open and enjoy things in moderation, we can have the best of both worlds. If we are always hankering after the next best thing, and have the means to attain whatever we desire, then we will get bored and tire of the pursuit as well as the goal. We should instead focus on the journey, enjoying life's little pleasures but not allowing them to consume us. If we jump out of life's fast lane and take the scenic route for a change, we wait for the honey to drip naturally from the knife and gather in the bowl before licking that clean. Sure we won't get all of it, and we will have to exercise some patience and restraint, but we will still have enough of the experience to enjoy the sweetness of success. By focussing on those things that bring us true lasting fulfillment, we will always have joy in our lives. Family, relationships, creativity, passions. There are wonderful opportunities to challenge your writing skills and techniques, to broaden your horizons learning from similar-minded and impassioned folk, and to earn some proof of brain tokens in the process.
