The correct management of a project is not exactly easy although others do not see it that way. Time plays a fundamental role here, if you created a roadmap you must meet the objectives / implementations on the date you "promised". Sometimes there may be turbulence and it will not arrive on time or take a few more days but it is essential to avoid this at all costs. But here is something that can play against you if you do not do it properly, security, a very important factor and that few people are able to see (it is something that I see daily regarding investors in projects, little patience and seriousness according to what things) I prefer to make sure 100% that my platform or website is completely secure before dedicating that time to other tasks. Once the pillars are solid, it is time for marketing and the consequent improvements, functionality, image and the final opinion of the user regarding said improvements.
