RE: POB TALK 05/07/2021 - #37

Have had a lot of stress lately, with lockdown and many aspects of my life changing rapidly now that we're coming out of it I'm often feeling overwhelmed and losing the overview.

For me I really have to slow things down and reflect and put things in perspective. Stuff that helps me with that is for example:

  • going outdoor without my phone
  • some meditation, no extreme vague stuff even just 10-20 minutes of clearing the mind helps a lot to calm down
  • biggest one for me: having a good training session and sparring after. I'm so in the moment and completely forget anything I was worried about for a few hours. But I guess it can be anything that puts you "in the zone" or the right flow however you want to call it

Hope it gives you an idea! Let me know if you like any particular point and want some pointers where to look for more on it maybe :-)
