Thank you for the simple explanation was helpful. It's funny how things like this happen. I had plenty of warning but couldn't imagine such growth so quick.
I don't think anyone imaged this type of growth so quickly.
Land hasn't been implemented yet and I suspect another influx of growth when it is.
