Definitely alot of things as came up and have not really get to read his post on downvoting,but I think with what have come across in this comment,the downvoting issue should be well looked into and to me I even think maybe the downvoting issues should be restricted to all the bot alone or the hivewatchers to enable more competency on it.

Trust me the hivewatchers won't downvote any users base on the fact that they don't like your comment or your opinion is wrong base on what a user posted,but they will when you have go against one rule or the other,like abuse of tags and plagiarism just like I was a. Vitcim of this punishment of recent in which I take responsibility for cause I was guilty of it when I newly joined this platform,and it was as a result of not having a tutor to actually helped me out with the rules and regulations of this platform

But will sure go ahead and read his proposal on that and get to know more on what his take is on regarding this downvoting issue.
