Hello, today I want to share with you a few things I am trying to do so I can have a happier and calmer day. At first glance, they are nothing special, but they are very useful.
1 - 5 glasses of water per day or 1 glass of water per 10 kg of weight (300 ml glass)
It is no secret that water purifies the body, helps the healing processes in the body, improves the condition of the skin and hair.
2 - Activity
Move more. In this time of pandemonium, sometimes getting out for 10 minutes and walking around the block can improve your mood.
3 - Add more green vegetables to your menu
The chlorophyll in green vegetables manages to alkalize the body and give more strength and energy. They contain a lot of fibers which helps in the normal elimination of the body. Sometimes the retention of "impurities" in the organism leads to stagnation, headache, or even poisoning of the body.
4 - Eat fruits
There are a lot of sugars in fruit that raise levels of endorphin, the happiness hormone.
5 - Drink green tea
Strange as it may sound, green tea helps us be healthier and feel better. There are now many variations of green tea on the market with different additives like lemon or orange and whatnot. Not everyone likes the taste of green tea as a drink so mixing it with other herbs or fruits makes the drink more tolerable.
These simple rules may not be much, but they help me feel better. Realistically I drink very little water per day, and I aim to consume a minimum of 5 glasses per day. It's not every day but I try to get to at least those. I love fruits and veggies, which help me get the fluids I need during the day.
