Continuing with the letters written by the Apostle Paul, we can find the following in the book of Corinthians of the sacred scriptures.

So, he who thinks he stands firm, take care that he does not fall. No temptation has overtaken you that is not human; But God is faithful, who will not let you be tempted beyond what you are able, but will also provide a way out with the temptation, so that you will be able to endure. Therefore, my beloved, flee from idolatry.

1 Corinthians 10:12-14

Paul is talking about the importance of humility and spiritual vigilance. When he says, "Therefore, let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall," he is warning about the danger of spiritual self-sufficiency. Even those who believe they are firm in their faith must be aware of their vulnerability and be alert against temptation and sin.
Paul goes on to say that all the temptations we face are human and therefore common to the human experience. However, we assure ourselves that God is faithful and will never allow us to face a temptation that is beyond our ability to resist. Furthermore, it promises that along with temptation, God will provide a way out so that we can resist and overcome temptation.
Finally, Paul exhorts believers to flee idolatry, that is, to turn away from any form of false worship or putting anything above God in their lives. This exhortation is a call to spiritual purity and to keep God at the center of your lives. In short, this passage urges us to be humble, vigilant, and trust in God's faithfulness to overcome the temptations we face in our lives.

Siguiéndolo con las cartas escritas por el Apóstol Pablo, podemos encontrar en el libro de Corintios de las sagradas escrituras lo siguiente.

Así que, el que piensa estar firme, mire que no caiga. No os ha sobrevenido ninguna tentación que no sea humana; pero fiel es Dios, que no os dejará ser tentados más de lo que podéis resistir, sino que dará también juntamente con la tentación la salida, para que podáis soportar. Por tanto, amados míos, huid de la idolatría.

Pablo está hablando sobre la importancia de la humildad y la vigilancia espiritual. Cuando dice "Así que, el que piensa estar firme, mire que no caiga", está advirtiendo sobre el peligro de la autosuficiencia espiritual. Incluso aquellos que creen estar firmes en su fe deben ser conscientes de su vulnerabilidad y estar alerta contra la tentación y el pecado.
Pablo continúa diciendo que todas las tentaciones que enfrentamos son humanas y, por lo tanto, son comunes a la experiencia humana. Sin embargo, nos asegura que Dios es fiel y nunca permitirá que enfrentemos una tentación que esté más allá de nuestra capacidad para resistir. Además, promete que junto con la tentación, Dios proporcionará una salida para que podamos resistir y superar la tentación.
Por último , Pablo exhorta a los creyentes a huir de la idolatría, es decir, a apartarse de cualquier forma de adoración falsa o de poner algo por encima de Dios en sus vidas. Esta exhortación es una llamada a la pureza espiritual y a mantener a Dios en el centro de sus vidas. En resumen, este pasaje nos insta a ser humildes, vigilantes y a confiar en la fidelidad de Dios para superar las tentaciones que enfrentamos en nuestras vidas.
