HAPPINESS IS SOMETHING YOU CREATE

It is not when something good happens to you is always your excitement state or moment,always find a reason to be happy.

Happiness plays very important role in our lives and our health both psychologically and mentally, nobody on earth worths keeping you away from being happy.

Today could have been a bad day to me,because i lost my 2000$ while trading today,but being in a sad mood wouldn't bring back my money rather brings more pain to my heart ,all i had to do was to create my own happiness by calling my mother because I know that hearing from her would ease my pain, now I'm happy and I've moved on.

Everyone has good memories that makes us happy,you have to make use of those memories sometimes memories of your loved ones, it mustn't be your mother, maybe your wife,children ,etc depending on who you desire .

NOTE:
there are differences between creating your happiness and fake happiness.

  • fake happiness is when you are unhappy and you try to pretend of being happy because you don't want anybody to notice your emotions.while creating happiness is being sad and remembers the memories that makes you happy again.don't fake happiness because people around you are happy, while you are dieing inside.

THERE ARE MANY THINGS YOU SHOULD AVOID,AND SEE YOUR SELF ALWAYS HAPPY:

  • GREEDINESS
    Whenever you intend of selfish desire,it will keeps unhappy because not everything you desires comes to as planned, and seeing everybody around you progressing above you it keeps you unhappy because things are not going as big as you want it.
    also aiming for perfection,will always makes you unsatisfied.

  • MUCH HOPE AND TRUST
    whenever you have much hope on something ,if it eventually disappoint you it will keeps unhappy and trust can fail.but I'm not saying to have trust is no right but don't trust with your emotions,it hurt when it fails.
    e.g had it been all my hope is on the trade I made today ,it fails and i loose my found,what could have been my mood this time, but when I'm going for the trade I have already has the mind set that Is either i gain or I loose,so anything that happens is not a big deal.

  • AVOIDING FRIEND'S COMPANIES
    try and make new friends everyday,staying alone will makes you think about your bad experience,alway stay around with jovial friends and stay happy.

NEVER LET DEPRESSION PULLS YOU DOWN
Always makes research of the good things that makes you happy .
try to let it be and move on , what will be will be.
