A Kenyan community called, Ilimnyang has a rare genetic condition where people or it's inhabitants don't sweat.
Ilimnyang, is a small community in Turkana. They got the genetic disorder through intermarrying themselves. Their bodies has no hair pores so they are unable to excrete sweat.
They are also said to possess just two teeth. In other to keep cool, the Ilimnyang people pour water on themselves.
They are currently seeking global recognition.
Kenya is a country in East Africa, with it's capital city called Nairobi.
