Greetings dearest Hivers! I am happy to drop my piece for this weekly event of @proofofbrain, this time, for blue subject. I am sharing here the hue of blue (my favorite) on my way to the northern part of my province, Cebu. Named as the Queen City of the South in my country (Philippines), it also has a lot to offer to people coming over. While blue is the theme for this week, I was quick to check on the sea and sky which are of course undeniably hued in blue. This is just a simple and raw shot using my phone. Here we go!
I call this “sunny blue-kiss”. As we see it, sea and sky in touch with each other is an amazement to my end as I sit at a restaurant by the sea named Lantaw, a seafood restaurant located in Compostela, Cebu, Philippines. As Mr. Sun hit the seawater, it makes the water to sparkle in daytime. My scenario at this time is just too good to let it slip away without even capturing it to remind me of the spontaneous moment I took my son and mother for a ride heading north. That moment is priceless for it will never happen twice, so I cherish this. Equipment used here is just my phone (iPhone 12 Pro) and no special technique or filtering being used. I just directly open the camera app, position it to my subject, and had it clicked. The water is just so inviting to go for a swim. Naturally pretty, and there goes my entry!
