RE: POB TALK 06/09/2021 - #100

100 days is the time a Korean family would celebrate a child's life in the world. In the past too many children died in their infancy so they waited one hundred days to name the child. Now Pobtalk is ready to walk.

These posts have evolved into an interactive transcontinental pub or coffee house. I guess more of a !PIZZA parlor when anybody can come and talk and where everybody knows your name.

I did not know that Koreans wait 100 days to name their child. In the west it's different - you name the child and baptise them as soon as possible, so that if they die early, at least they're baptised and can enter heaven.

Some forty year ago it was still like that but even now they wait a couple days. I was surprised too.

@vempromundo.pob! I sent you a slice of $PIZZA on behalf of @mineopoly.

Did you know PIZZA team has a curation trail with 29 followers? (2/10)

Interesting fact. I was not aware of that part.

I think I barely been active for like 30 editions I suppose. You guys must have seen the POBTalk from the starting days?

Oh really, that's a good piece of information. I didn't know that. We Indians do it on the 40th day of the child birth.
