I never thought of this method.

It would be cool to flip through photos from the thumbnail.

Hive needs to serve as a social media network and part of that is pictures. People like simple things.

Do all of the photos we post have to be verified on the blockchain? If not then the user would have a lot quicker interface as well.

    No. The blockchain doesn't verify photos in your posts even exist. And the photos don't get stored on the blockchain. But various users run servers that keep your photos at their expense. There is no incentive mechanism on the blockchain for this, unfortunately. Proof of brain stores it's images at images.ecency.com. I think the witness account is @ecency or @gtg. I'm not sure.

    It wouldn't make sense for the blockchain to store photos. Thank you @good-karma and @ecency.

    With cooperation we could make a fast and fun interface like instagram but it hasn't been done yet.

      People like simple things, agree Post photos and shares, there is d.buzz but I do not really like the front end
