The simplicity of a life without electricity is unbearable but can be avoided and you may be surprised based on how many items in our various home rely on electricity, for their functions, Many things are provided to us by electrically managed technologies, such as heat, food, water, transportation, energy, entertainment, and communications e.t.c
Electricity enables us to power the technology we use in our daily basis. attempt to live without electricity, the home central heating are pends, likewise the toilet usage, food storage with the use of refrigerator, ease of water supply, The big question is that how do we survive decages ago without the use of electricity 😯😯 ?but finally electricity came to be the essential need for us to complete our daily tasks. This was survived because the hime appliances used then, does not implies the use of electricity.
Some people prefer to live off-the-grid( meaning using another source of power electricity supply) relying on alternative energy sources rather than being so reliant on electrical energy. For many years, they were regarded as eco_gaint, often eccentrics with a unique and extreme way of life mainwhile it is becoming a popular desire for many.

EFFECTS NO ELECTRICITY

Thousands of families lose power each year as a result of natural disasters, bad weather, or power line faults. A minor storm that damages a single power line can result in a power outage for hundreds of families and homeowners, causing complete disruption to their daily lives.
You will notice that you are unable to turn on your home's lights and there is only limited street lighting available. With dark evenings and no light to guide us, there are many vulnerable targets.
There would be no power to use your refrigerator, and telephone lines and phone signal would be lost. With no backup charging option, your mobile phones will be rendered useless as the battery drains. Your gas central heating will not function, and your water supply will soon cease pumping clean water.
It can take a long time for some people to realize that a lack of electricity affects more than just internet and Wi-Fi; it also means no cash machines, no lifts, no power to keep factories running, and no petrol pumps. It's regarded as the end of normalcy as we know it to be.Heating and water are two essentials in our lives, and both are jeopardized without electricity. Our homes' gas central heating systems use electric controls, circulating systems, and pumps. Water systems rely on electrically controlled systems and pumps, so even if water is still available in your home, you must purify it before drinking.

ENERGY SUPPLY OPTION

Life without electricity in the 21st century's can be difficult, however it may not appear so, there is still much you can achieved without it, as well as many alternative energy sources to choose from and install in your home, though they may be costly and short-lived.

THE EMBRACED ENERGY SUPPLIED

Solar power is the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about energy supplied options . Most solar panels, however, will not function without electricity because they must be fed with power generated back to the grid before they can be used to power your home, For this an event of a power outage, solar-powered systems are rendered essentially useless in the absence of a fully functional power grid. You can choose off-grid solar power systems that use large battery banks to store the excess energy generated. This can be costly, but if you have the funds and want to invest, off-grid solar powered systems are the simplest and most dependable option., Wind turbines are another popular option, and when combined with solar PV, they form a strong, dependable renewable energy system for your home. Solar and wind work well together in both the summer and winter, as the wind turbine will continue to generate power for your home even when the sun is not shining. If your home has a river, electricity can be generated and this is called hydropower which is an excellent option.

ENERGY STORAGE BOX

Batteries are referred to as energy storage box, which are essential components of any off-grid renewable energy source. Your house would only be able to run on the power it receives at the time if there were no batteries to store the energy generated by renewable sources. Those who choose an off-grid lifestyle and generate their own renewable energy will frequently install battery power banks to store the excess energy. Battery power banks are not connected to the power grid and are unlikely to fail due to a power outage. With battery storage prices on the decline, there has never been a better time to incorporate them into your renewable energy system.
Those who are already living off the grid rely heavily on wood burning stoves and fire places for both warmth and cooking. They are an excellent source of heat for your home, and it is simple to distribute the heat throughout the space. It is, however, critical to remember to stockpile dry wood for the colder months. Other heating options include solar thermal and bio mass, both of which are competent of providing heat energy.

HOW WOULD YOU AND I SURVIVE NO ELECTRICITY

Most people aren't prepared for life without electricity and what it means to be without essential power supplies in order to live a less stressful life. We take electricity for granted, as it is an ever-present force in our daily lives, to use without hesitation.
But, with natural disasters looming and supervolcano eruptions on the horizon, isn't this a time we gave it some thought?
Managing your own electricity can be very rewarding because you are not reliant on any electrical grid system, which is especially important if a natural disaster strikes and knocks out the grid. Those who live off the grid are living proof that it is possible to live without electricity, all it takes is a few changes.
This is a home of thought to an underdeveloped countries .

Living without electricity turns into chaos. I live in Venezuela and the year before last there was a blackout for 5 days in a row. The streets seemed devastated, there were no people circulating, there was no food sale, there was no water. Butcher and bakery owners had to sell everything at a cheaper price, losing capital. Because the decomposition of the food was evident. Honestly living without electricity today is impossible, many of our activities depend on electricity.
