It was a tiresome Friday. I had gone to KFC to grab some snacks and drinks when I caught the sight of an alluring figure. It was a woman in along and straight simple gown. Though she was not wearing much makeup, she looked twice as nice as someone who did, she looked beautiful as her long hair dangled on her back. I decided to take chance so I moved closer to her and greeted, smiling politely she replied. She was not like Lagos girl who always is feel too big to talk to a guy. I thought feeling impressed by that and press forward.
"I'm Dan, how about you?" I introduced myself. "I'm Tania" she replied sweetly and I pressed further by requesting for her mobile number. We talked for a while and then bade each other farewell. As days rolled by we got closer and then moved on to the next level stated dating. I was so fund of her with gifts and spent almost all of my free period with her and I also confined in her.
The son of the manager of the place I work was throwing his birthday party at forbus hotel and I had been invited being his very close friend. When I told Tania about the party, she declined saying that she would be extremely busy on that day. I believed her because I trusted her so much, but on getting to the party, the first person I saw was Tania, she was wearing a very skimpy gown that fitted her like a second skin. "Tania what's all this" I said angrily, moving towards her.
"Hey Liar, what's up" Ralph the celebrant said trying to be friendly. "Hey stay out of it please" I cautioned him trying to grab Tania by the wrists "Tania, what's going on here" Ralph plunked "I don't know" she said almost immediately. I tired to hit Ralph but just then is bodyguard grabbed me and took me out of the hotel, I was given hell of a beating and then thrown out of the gate to face whatever happens to me.
Somehow, I managed to get home and called the family doctor. He came rushing in and treated me, after telling him what happened to me, he said soothing things to me and then left. After crying my eyes out sleep came at 2:00am and I slept still with a heavy heart. When I woke up I called my PA and told her that I wouldn't be coming to the office today because I was sick.
I was shocked to receive a visitor in the person of Ralph. He came on Sunday the following week of his birthday. "I'm very sorry about Friday night" he began as he was moving closer beside me "It's okay" I replied "I never knew she could do this to me, the first day I met her at the bank, I felt she was the one for me, I never knew she was cheating on me..." I cut Ralph off "but, but" I said not knowing the right words to say. "It's okay, it's really not about you, I found out that she was dating four other guys apart from us" he exclaimed raised four fingers up."Woah, she's so diabolic" I exclaimed too "See, I'm sorry about the bouncers and what they did to you. While Tania, she deserved it" he said shaking his head with disbelief. "I'm sorry too, I shouldn't have made an attempt to hit you in the first place" I said biting my lips "It's all good now, you're sorry, I'm sorry too" he said, then we reconciled and hugged each other.
We are all human and no one is perfect we should learn how to manage situation, and live among ourselves as one, we can't do without offending each other but what's mostly important is Reconciliation. In order to achieve that we need a forgiving spirit.

I'm so motivated by your action,it is truth that their is no how we can be together without offending each other but when such happen we should always learn how to forgive..
If we refuse to forgive our friends ,how much more God that we offended everyday and he still forgive us and call a son.
I understand your feelings of pain but you still bear and forgive ur friend that was why I said it in the first place that you really motivate me with you action

Hmm... That is what life is all about if you can't forgive then what are we living for, their is no how we can be here on earth that we wouldn't offend each other..
The story was so interesting and I really love the way you just let go. And you did not allow woman to bring disput between you and your friend..
I have concented in read all the story but my question is this what now happen to the lady,i mean did she later get back to you for explanation
Secondly did your friend open up that he is dating her or you just assume that.. Thanks for sharing and I love the way you handle it that is what we call mature mind.

Wow this is very good to see and I must say it was a very interesting well educative one.
First of all let me say trust no one and always tend to adapt when people change ,cause that is one major fact about human.
On the other way round we need to have a forgiving spirit Irrespective of whatever people might have done to us,it is very normal for us to react due to the level of how hurt or disappointed will are,but if all having a forgiving heart goes a long way,it brings peace and clears away burden from our heart
