We live in a world filled with ignorance people but first let's talk of the word "Ignorance". It's lack of understanding of something. Sometimes people misinterpret ignorance for foolishness, for the fact that he/she doesn't have an understanding of it doesn't make them a foolish but make them an uneducated about it.

No matter how knowledgeable you are in something, you were once ignorant of it. If you didn't learn about it you can't know it. No one is born with knowledge. Knowledge isn't made but it's required. If you don't require knowledge in the world we are today society will prey on you.
Let just imagine a person who doesn't know how to browse, want to be on facebook due he must have heard that all his friends/mates are there so he wants to be on facebook too. You can decide to charge the person for it that's the cost for ignorance. That's why in life one of the most important thing is knowledge, because knowledge is power.
Healing the world from ignorance

We can't cure the world ignorance because it's part of the world evolution but we can reduce the level of the world ignorance by
Enlighten the world about ignorance and how it can affect us in the society.
Making sure everyone have a basic level of education, as it's said that education is the keys to opening up knowledge.
Motivating people to be open up to different something in life. As the world is advancing we keep on learning new things everyday.
We call ignorance a disease but I believe with so doing can curse the world from it.
