On the foggiest of days,
my visions
have been tainted
by blurry thoughts.
as clear waters,
oinking to the ripples.
my dreams are omens,
of dreary days
as they're written on my palms
They cannot tell,
the confusion on their faces,
is as obviously as daylight,
because, my story
is like hieroglyphs
meaningless to the sense,
as I waddle,
in its many mysteries.
I have come to learn,
that black is white
and lies are truth
unspoken by hesitant tongues.
Myself and I,
I have come
to disdain the empathy
written on their sniggers,
their eyes are seeking,
peering into my glassy mind,
the more they look,
it becomes dimmer,
they can smell the endless maze,
It is like a sojourn,
into ceaseless darkness.
they want to know,
the travails and bellows
the agony behind the whimpers
when the night is old,
and the moon stands aloft
in the shivering skies.
My woes;
are translated into shudders,
unreadable by happy people
as it gets me bickering,
of battles i have fought,
when men sleeps.
I have come to accept
the distaste of defeat
as it leaves me breathless
and almost lifeless.
On this day,
i will feign a smile
dust my feet,
and begin paddling,
paddling through my afflictions,
for they cannot deduce
my conundrum,
it beats like a mad drum
but they're left perplexed
time and time again
