Especially what you have written here caught my attention. Some time ago I also thought I would try my hand at blogging... I attended a webinar and I can remember the one guy who did a presentation was telling how he battled for years...with no success.

All this time he was focusing on what he thought his audience wanted to hear and tries to stick to a particular topic. Eventually, he got tired of it and decided to just start writing for fun. He started writing about what he was passionate about and what made him happy.

What happened next was totally unexpected. People started reading his posts and started commenting and engaging with him. Today he is a successful full-time blogger.

And look at what you are telling me. I was also caught up in this idea of only writing on one topic for one audience, but...look at what you are telling me now.

I am going to save your comment and use it for reference. Thank you so much for mentioning all those projects and communities. I am most definitely going to pay close attention to that and take action on it!
