Firstly we need Jesus in our life because is a peace maker when we have him we will have a great peace, these will be room for panic or fear.

Because the bible said if they lord is for us who can be again us, so nobody will enable to stop our peace.
And God will make everything easy for us.

Secondly we should always live a good life,we should not fight we anybody or have issue or keep Malice anyone.

Even you do try to settle it and forgive and forget, make friends with everyone. But be careful and be wise in all you are doing.

Thirdly never engage yourself in any bad association like ritualism, Curtis and so on and always fear God not man.

Finally make peace with yourself, don't think negative thing to yourself and wish yourself bad thing
