At the very least, indicate in the headline the languages used in the post.
No matter what language is used, use headlines that capture interest. An awesome post with an average headline is a post that won't get viewed.

it is advisable that when a post is written in a language that is not English, it is better for the author to also translate the post in English, since English is understood by a good percentage of people.
You can start it by translating it to english on their behalf,you can use google translator to help them incase you do not unserstand the language..
I know such posts will be hard to draw attention of those who cannot read the body of the post while the topic will be saying a meaningful thing.
However we can help by using Google translator to translate to English for better understanding and drop your comments.
We can also learn to vote such content in other to keep there spirit of writing on so the won't lack motivation in writing.
