When we talk about business, it's a gradual process which involves lots of time, energy, human resources and many more. And when it comes to running a business without your presence well from my experience I'll say it a little bit difficult than when you run the business yourself, in terms of running a business without your presence firstly it needs dedication patience and trustworthy individuals that can handle such business if you really want it to grow, employing anyone due to their educational qualification doesn't seem enough it requires rigorous of training trust and others, and also it requires a constant and frequent check of the business stock for the owner to know what's going on in his or her absence aside this it might be a very difficult tax for the owner to cope with
