There were two proposals. First one was rejected. Second one still has about 15 hours to go, but looks like it will be rejected unless some serious votes come in at the last minute.
You're right about that sir and those reasons is what is taken the proposal back for him to revisit it.
And I don't think it must be only trostparadox presenting the proposal for the POB community, anyone who have a good reason well factored can make proposal to be adopted by the community.
