I can still see it.. Did you try refershing?
Yeah. I also can't find my voting power in Chrome on my desktop now.
Maybe you should restart your phone browser and if it is still not showing,maybe you should restart your mobile device...
I've done that already. I cannot seem to find it on my Chrome browser on my desktop either now.

Haven't come across such. Maybe you should try it out another browser has mine still displays.
I really don't know why you're have such issues, just seeing your question here and I don't know if it have been resolved.
But If it's not resolved yet I suggest you check if there is maintainance going on in the platform or your account have a malfunction.
Logging off and on again resolves the issue. But it happens frequently.
