Self made Coconut oil. Pobdaily

Hello everyone.....

Today, I want to show you how I was able to extract oil from coconut 🥥. Coconut oil works amazingly on my baby's skin. Apparently, most of the coconut oil I purchase in the store are mixed with additives and preservatives, which does not give my desired result. So I decided to make them myself. Well since I started making use of my self made coconut oil, I have had no reason to battle skin rash or inflammation on my kids.

So let's begin......

I made use of just two coconuts.

Step 1:. Crack open the coconut and bring out the meat from the shell.

Step 2:. Extract the milk.

You could make use of a blender or a fruit extractor this will make extracting the coconut juice easier but because I was just working on two I did it manually.

Step 3:. Separate the mixture, simply use a nut milk bag and allow the homemade coconut milk to gather in a large bowl. The remaining coconut pulp can then be dried out and used within all sorts of baked recipes.

Step 4:. Leave it to sit overnight.

This will help you extract the milk from the water as coconut milk is less dense than water, it stays on top.

Step 5:. Gentle collect the milk on top of the water to a different bowl.

Step 6:. Fry the milk with consistent low heat until the milk evaporates leaving the oil.

While heating, the water will evaporate from the coconut milk mixture. The coconut will begin to get crumbly in texture and solidify. This is when you’ll begin to notice the oil separating from the solid.

This give you a pure Self Made Coconut oil as I have it above.
You can then use the coconut oil for all your hair & beauty needs. You can also use it for frying and roasting veggies.

Thanks for reading through, I hope you find this useful. Will be glad to read your feedbacks on the comment section.

Happy and kinda funny coming across your post cos Im a little obsessed with coconut oil and have a jar in the kitchen, one in the bathroom, and one next to my bed. I use this magic stuff in place of butter, spread on my toast for some healthy fats (it helps with cholesterol!). I use it on our teeth to prevent tooth decay, and use it to cure persistent dry skin. It's like duct tape for my health!
Yeah I told I’m just a lil obsessed. Hahaha. Thanks for your post !
