Hmmm this is brilliant. This made me remember a friends cousin who wrote federal girls school exams in the north got 10 yet was admitted, and another girl wrote here in the south got 68 but wasn't for low score. It's good to help the people around but how about encouraging them to do a bit more. See most of them because of that don't want to go to school, when they can always eat there cake and have it. As for the southerners, rigidity at it's extreme. People here want to rise stepping on other people's head. We simply hate to help one another, when they see someone who is qualified as a friend or family, the fear of that person rising above them is an issue.
