Delegation is a key to success. One cannot do everything on their own. In fact one must focus on their expertise and do that perfectly rather than focusing on 10 other jobs and compromising on the quality.
For e.g. When I cook, I ask my house help to do the chopping for me. It's not something that requires a lot of skill and doesn't impact the taste of the food. But when it comes to cooking, adding spices, working with the flame - that's all on me. I do that completely without any external intervention. So I just focus on the main tasks.
And while my house help does the chopping, I prefer to do my office work or manage my baby or engage on pob talks.
It's shocking how many managers don't understand this and try to micromanage their staff.
Apart from the fact delegation is a good division of labour that makes works to be very smooth, it make someone to accomplish more task in lesser time frame.
The truth is that one cannot know all and it is good to delegate. Another fantastic point i got from your motivation speech is that one can not be everywhere which is true.
Well i will like to end this with a quote that say

I do most of my work by myself but if it is my house chores,i delegate it to my younger sister and i assist her too..
Delegation is something I think we all should embrace. When it comes to delegating some of my work I like to do it with competent hands because it is one thing to delegate and it is another to ensure that it is done the way you want it to be.
Sometimes when I have a lot of crochet orders, I delegate the easy tasks to my younger sister. To an extent I trust her ability to do some of the easy project with my supervision of course.
I haven't figured it out yet.
When it comes work I often do It myself self has I love to job to be done perfectly. When it comes to other things though, I go for the delegation has I believe it's the fastest way to get this done and relieve of certain burdens.
This is very good coming from you today and I want to say to my best of knowledge the word delegation and sharing seems synonyms to each other when it comes to sharing of work and assignment as you asked,but I want to say the best thing is to delegate assignment especially when you are working with a group or team.
The best thing to make sure that quick results are gotten is to make sure works or assignment are divided for effective accomplishment.
Finance too is a very important part of life and I think I bumped unto a content that takes about diversification of finance here yesterday and I believe that too is another tht to learn,but managing how money I'd been spent and in what they are been used on is another vital thing that we should learn.
