Nice question and for my own veiw and understanding, donation it shouldn't be what other see as you donating is the richest person when it come to rating, because some of us that do donate want to be call or announced so and so money was donate from so and so person, donation it should be a way whereby who ever is giving the donation it should come from the mind and he or she should believe that he or she is doing it for the seak of almighty GOD not for anybody seak.
It's hard to tell, there have been so many scams in recent years.
I do some verification about it's authenticity before giving and if give and the person is fraud, then I leave the person to fate
That up to the situation at hand sometimes you just need to go for it even before thinking of it twice.
