A lot of people are afraid of vaccine or even say facing the job or the school. And they kind of have fear of every small thing that they are going to face. And when they face it the fear or the burden of the fear in the chest is clear. It takes some time for the burden to clear but it's possible if you learn to face the fears.
Facing Fears Gives You More courage to Future Fears
You face your fear today and promise yourself that you are not going to be afraid in near future. You would be in much better position in terms of the mental health. And that sets up a strong message for yourself. And that would open up more stronger towards the future fears. So start facing your fear from today and build yourself a day at a time.
Facing Fear Brings New Life Experience
I am not asking you to jump from the jet with the parachute. That would be pushing too far unless you are professional at that. But let's take another round. Let's think about meeting new people in meetup website meets or some festival where you are going to have new experience with new people. So take another example and you would find new experience out of that.
Facing Fear makes you Mentally Strong against Depression & Anxiety
You face the fear and that builds a mental strength in your head. That also make your strong among the other people. And that sort of the approach gets you lot stronger as you move ahead in life. You learn where to and not to waste the time. Your strength improves through that process. So facing fear always is a good practice at any age of your life.
Facing fear is so important in life because you can't live in this world by being afraid of the future and events that kill you. Because there is always something that would be killing you and facing that is the only right options in order to move ahead in life. Take example of vaccination, instead of being afraid of injection, facing the vaccine jab and moving on with the life is often the right choice.

I have always struggled with the facing fears. And in fact I have found myself struggling with various stages of life. But now I have decided to face the fears and move ahead in life instead of crying and staying there. So if I can do that I would move few steps ahead and not be living in fear anymore.

Fear can really hinder our progress if we let them get to us.
I do face my fears; by first accessing the situation i'm in , then imagine the worst that can happens if i chose to act or do nothing.
After putting into consideration the consequences of my inactions and actions i will then act accordingly.
It is really good to face the fears in life than shying away from it, by facing it you will be able to know the solution to the fears.
