Every day I see how the automation and the AI is going to change the future. And how the existing systems and the workload is being shifted to the AI. And how it is being changed with each day making a change towards the system which can contain us and we can retain our work.
AI is going to do your work. And sooner or later you are being replaced. People would not be able to bother with the AI accounts but people won't hesitate to replace you for AI. They will set you free and you would be not only jobless but also with the free time.
So what could be the possible future with the automation?
So the type of the warnings and the type of the speculatoins being thrown at us by the HR and the people in the office. They are saying that soon bots and the AI is going to be learning how we work and they are going to emulate the work. And soon instead of hiring 10 of us they would be hiring only 2 to do the work of 20. And that means the AI would be 10x replacing most of the IT employees out there.
First observation is that you would have to learn the skills to automate. So you can be one of those people who get employed by the company to run the AI. And also this assures some level of the income from the automation and the coding work that we do though it's AI which we would be using.
Second observation is that automation for the tasks would have the tools. Like say zapier is the tool that people use there would be more of such tools and those tools would be used to replace the humans. And those tools can be downloaded and replaced by the work automation team where they know how to use those tools.
Third observation, IT employees would have to branch out of the employee mindset and have to get side gigs and also work on the regular basis. Because the upcoming world and also the variety of the pandemics that are coming are reducing the population. And hopefully if we survive we have to deal with survival approach too.
In short there is going to be the time when we are going to hustle and also going to worry a lot about not having money in hands. What do you think about the automation and AI?
