Hello @josephab great to see your content up after the last time I commented on your introductory post . Such a realistic information to share. Sleep can not be underestimated, this brings about the complete balance of life. I keep telling my friends, Aside the seven essential factors of a balanced diet, sleep should be regarded as the 8th. Your body can go days to weeks without food or water, but can't go 3-4 nights without sleep with out experiencing hallucination. Strange in it?
Sleep deprivation is a serious element of health harm, most people take this simple life balance for granted forgetting that the body also shuts down like computers and should be allowed to. I for once is a victim of this anomaly even though I am working seriously on it but its important to understand that we need to stretch our daily sleep span to a proper 7-8hrs to ensure good health balance.
