Employees are people recruited to work for
there bosses. Employees helps there bosses to achieve there goal and forgets about there own goal and vision receiving tokens which could only help them survive at the moment. You see employees working for many years but nothing to show for it because there own goals and vision has being blinded by there bosses.
But when I talk about entrepreneur, I mean people who creates something where nothing exist with the intention of making a difference , also seen as one who discovers opportunity where it seems that non exist and also one who saw a vision for a business with intention of generating profit not instantly but later on.
For instance in a business seminar a man who has a massive car link said he started by driving a bus on hire purchase that was the opportunity he saw and from there he paid off and with time he bought other vehicle and gave it out on hire purchase and one day his thought of having a car link he sold all his buses and bought two cars and kept in someone's car link it took about six months before he sold them and here patient comes to play and with time he had a car link with flirt of car.
I urge people to quit from being an employee and start being an entrepreneur that see opportunity in any situation and also patiently builds his own empire instead of helping a boss achieve his goals ....
Having a bachelor's degree with a focus in entrepreneurial management and having run several businesses myself, I get the lure...but being an entrepreneur is not a simple thing. It can be worth it in the end, but it takes a lot of work to make it profitable!
