Something common, you wake up and see through your window a beautiful sunny day the clouds are shining, the sun is in its splendor, life is going perfectly, you are in excellent health, you have a beautiful family and a warm roof to rest fully called home, your refrigerator is full. Nothing can be more perfect than this scene, it is just in that stage of life known as spring according to some philosophers ideas flow.

And circulates through your body "the hormone of happiness"

To continue talking about this hormone, we must define what happiness is according to the point of view of psychology, this is nothing more than a positive emotion, that is, a positive emotional state, related to satisfaction, motivation and the achievement of goals and objectives, it is a subjective well-being, which has a great influence on our thoughts, attitudes and behavior.
The happiness hormone or also known as serotonin, is a chemical that occurs naturally in our body, mainly in our brain and intestine, it works as an important hormonal neurotransmitter (messenger) that makes possible the connection between neurons and not only that, but also fulfills the same functions in other parts of the body. She is capable of generating chemical reactions to increase the level of well-being, relaxation and positivity but ...
What if the picture is different?
If you have to leave your country?

Working in another trade that is not related to what you studied, living alone when you are used to a family environment such as sharing lunch with your loved ones.
Or process documents with a greater number of requirements due to the issue of being a "foreigner".

Or perhaps the unexpected departure of a loved one in time of a Pandemic, which takes you by surprise, leaving no time to say goodbye. Or just a medical diagnosis changed your life.
All these factors can make you go from being a successful writer, influencer, who had the gift of capturing the soul of your readers just by capturing what flowed from you. When you found yourself living in "full spring"

Life changes season to a gray autumn where each leaf that falls does not return to the tree but is swept up and thrown into the garbage, being a memory only of yesterday.
It is right there where you must stop, take a deep breath and remember that literally nothing is forever (neither the best moment of your life. Nor the worst moment of your existence is perpetual) for which you must learn to take the best attitude in each circumstance of the life. Bearing in mind that this situation can mark your life for the worse, making you the most bitter and resentful being on the planet. Generating Cortisol throughout your body (known as the stress hormone) which is responsible for not allowing you to lose weight, raise blood pressure leading to acute myocardial infarctions, disabling cerebrovascular events or death in the worst case, too it is responsible for hair loss among other things.
Or also decide to make that "autumn season" a process of learning and renewal like the eagle, where you decide to change your life for the better, learn from the moment and use the lesson to strengthen yourself and be a source of inspiration for thousands of others who are going through the same situation as you.
Provide you with the necessary tools that life did not teach you for free at the time. And it is right there when you start to have that habit of gratitude for life and now, at that precise moment you begin to change and be the best version of yourself and you also become a source of inspiration for many, without having asked life said attribute.
It is where you discover and put into practice the tools so that serotonin is secreted again naturally throughout your body, making you vibrate with gratitude with the Father, with life with the universe, or whatever you want to call it.
You begin to remember that the best way to secrete serotonin is: stop for a minute, take a deep breath, decide to change what is not generating good results, close the door to pain, resentment, hatred and bitterness and decide:
smile
hug your loved ones
Eat a portion of cocoa
Dance
Exercise yourself
Have a sexual relationship.
Enjoy an ice cream.
Paint
Sing.
Or another activity that gives you pleasure and secretes other hormones in your body such as dopamine, norepinephrine, among others that we will touch on in another post.
The point is that you become aware that what is important is today and now.

I conclude by reminding you that yesterday is history, the present is uncertain. The only thing you have is today. Write it with love and passion to ensure that tomorrow will be a beautiful memory that will never come back.

It is like that, nothing is forever. be it good or bad, in due course it will pass. What we must do is try to be aware of our emotions and not let them run us over to the right and left.
