What's your Contribution toward the development of POB, Advertise POB to people arround you.

Most of the members on POB are only bound to content creator and Curation which is mostly as a result of the POB they earn. Yes, it is one of those things that bring about development to the group but the reward is actually the catalyst that speed up the work (Motivation). One of those things that can also lead to the growing and development of the community is the extent to which will bring new people to join the community. To be frank and sincere, We are actually lacking in this aspect. Majority of us do not care about that aspect and it's very important. This problem can be relate to the fact that

You are not rewarded if you invite new people. Yes, it is one of the major causes why people don't want to Invite new member to the community. Hadn't been people are being rewarded for like 50-100 POB for new each person they refer, people will put more effort on it. This shouldn't be so, afterall you are being rewarded on each content you create. The fact that we are not rewarded base on this should not deter us from inviting new people to the community. Let's advertise POB to our family, friends, neighbours, and the people within your environment as this will enhanced the growth of the community.
Selfishness- Selfishness also contribute to this effect. Some people have grown here on POB and they don't want thier friends, family and others to Know thier source of income. This shouldn't be so because if you invite more than 1000 people, it will never affect your performance here on POB and it can't deter you from reaching your goal in POB. If it can't affect you, why then are you shieding people from joining POB? Pls neglect this behavior and invite people to the community.

Please let's endeavor to put all our best to invite people to the community, let the world know about Proofofbrain. If Facebook that there's no rewarding for posting can have millions of users , why can't Proofofbrain have the same?
