RE: Finally escaped from flooded house and took a train journey back to Bangkok.

From flood conditions in one area to drought conditions in another and sometimes they aren't all that far away from each other. It would be a dream if one disaster could aid or rid another one.

I drink almost all my coffee intake from home in a porcelain cup. If I go somewhere I take a to go mug which is insulated and has metal on the I side. Not as good as the porcelain cup but better than a paper cup.

I would have took the slower train to. I would love to see the scenery and what you showed is neat. Love the countryside where no population resides. I enjoyed the photos of the rail cars and the inside of them. To me I love all the space one gets much more comfortable than flying. I don't have much choice here just basically one option for trains. I haven't ever used it though. Every blue moon an old train might run but that's just for show and is super spendy to get on board.

Take care and enjoyed your visit and ride along the train.

Thank you very much for your kind comment. Glad you enjoyed the photos of the slow train.
I ought to have my own coffee mug with me all the time, but the one with insulation is big and heavy.

Have a nice week!
