WHAT FEEDS THE WORLD, FOOD OR INFORMATION?

In my recent research about the world, I discovered that people are more of information than feeding on food.
Why do I say that?
Information has created a path that no one can resist. Everyone gets information in one way or the other. People have discovered the usefulness of information in our daily lives. It tends to provide more of foods on the table than just eating often or twice a day.
A lot of people buy information with money they ought to use for feeding themselves. This isn't because they don't love eating but they feed on what improves their knowledge.
In this world, ignorance kills faster than hunger. You can be rich and still be ignorant and you can drop out of school but still be more exposed than others who went to school. It all depends on the path you choose.
The world isn't about which you attended our what you studied, it is about what you can provide our give to get what you want. If you are a graduate and is it still ignorant, you need to discover and improve yourself, that's what I say to myself most times.
When I look at those taking control of the world right now, I discover that they feed the world with what it can't resist. Starting from technology to social media and others.
Let's look at the famous richest people, the Amazon, Tesla etc. They produce lot of things based on the information acquired . Information provides them with what people need at a particular time and where it is needed.

Google is a global platform that provides information. It feeds you with the information you need concerning your area of enquiry. It is an American multinational technology company that specialises in internet related services and products which include inline advertising technology, cloud computing, software, hardware and many more.
Google was founded in September 4, 1998 which is 23years back by Larry page, Sergey Brin.
Their net income as at 2014 is 14,444,000,000 United States dollars and has a total assets of 131,133,000,000 United States dollars. They serve the world widely. You can access Google in any part of the world you visit. That aside.

Mark is an American media magnate, as well as an internet entrepreneur. Meta formerly called Facebook is a Social media platform where information passes through from one person to another. It was used as a means to linked people from all over the world into communication from distance. Information flows in every corner you can imagine. All these have taken the world into a new realm of operation.
I always feel down when I can't access the the internet. I feel like I'm left out of the world. What do think the world would be like when the technology that helps in passing information is altered or destroyed. The world would be in a complete turmoil. I can still remember when Instagram and Facebook were altered due to an upgrade, a lot of people groaned about why it should be altered even though they knew there was an upgrade so imagine of it were to be the whole system of technology, what would happen?
You can easily make enquiries about a company you want to know or about a person probably a celebrity or a rich man easily by searching on Google without visiting them.
Google handles about 10-15 Exabytes of data(Not accurately correct). Wow that's huge, can a person put that in his brain? That's definitely a NO. Information has made a lot of things. It has also helped in training one's self in building the Brian or knowledge. You can easily consult the Google for. Something you know less about or know how to do something you completely don't know how to do by simply watching the video on the internet. That's how far information can go.
