Everyone's writing is changing and becoming more sophisticated. It's amazing, actually.

When I take a step back and look back to how it began and what my aims were for the contest, I can safely say that everything is going the way I expected it to. Obviously, there are teething problems with everything, but I'm so glad that the system is in place and it's actually working. My main concern was not being able to handle an increase in posts, and now I'm starting to think we could handle upwards of 100 posts a week just with the current setup.

I'll put something out this week to receive input. It's a living document. Like anything else in life, it can adapt. It probably will after I receive input.
