It really is an amazing place!
So many places people chose to live have their good and bad points. The long trip to a store? sure, a downside... but the sheer stunning beauty of where your family lives? THAT is, far and away a reason to live there.

There's nothing fishy at all about this mountain top. It's been warm and sunny, cool and dry and beautiful, each time I have visited. There are not clammy days at all. Just fresh sunshine and beautiful wilderness.
