You can set a multiplier, so you can vote a small hive vote and a 100% pob vote.
I have mine set to ten and vote with 25%, mostly.
This way, nearly everybody gets a 100% h-e vote and I don't waste the vote power not voting things because of the hive involved.
Which way does it work though? Does a 25% vote on the Interface turn into a 100% Hive vote or a 100% POB vote?
I have set my multiplier to 20 so I vote PoB posts usually on Hive / peakds e.g. with 5% Hive Vote which is a 100% POB vote - seeing my voting power for PoB still always drained around 30% I consider to increase multiplier to 30/40 or even 50
I've heard that voting power doesn't start falling off until you get to 10%, or so, but haven't tested that myself.
When you vote with a percentage the service multiplies that by the multiplier you set.
So, if you want to give a 100%pay vote with a 10% hive vote you would set the multiplier to 10.
