This kind of plants is very very rare to see in this particular region and it is due to the fact that so many people do not go into the farming system of turmeric plant. although it has so many advantages it does to the entire body which makes it a very vital ingredients that must be consumed into the body system.

Turmeric has so many Health advantages. But before I go deep into the importance of this root plant, I would like to describe how it looks like. First and foremost this plant is yellowish in colour and it can be formed mainly from the root of its plant. It can also be processed into so many things like Turmeric powder, into more cooking ingredients and also has sauce.

Some of its health benefit is that it can be used to reduce pain when consumed moderately. This was achieved by one of my neighbour who has a very severe pain after having a vehicle accident. She survived the accident and she came up with a severe pain. After a while she went into this turmeric powder consumption which actually worked out very well for her in reducing the pain drastically. these are few pictures of what Turmeric plant looks like down below.

The leaves are very broad in shape and somehow sharpen at the front end. It also has a long stem with traces of lines across the broad leaves.

I would have love to harvest some of the Turmeric and show you guys what it looks like practically speaking but it hasn't reached it Maturity Stage at all. Its just 4 months old
