Hello Hivers 💕💘,

In Nigeria we have two pipes of season which always give everyone the privilege to cultivate and to plant crops of different types. Aside this it is also the best season to acknowledge the nature itself. Although in another country we have so many seasons like three or four. But in Nigeria the rainy season and the dry season is known geographically. Can this season always bring what is called choice of planting for every farmer. The choice you make will be coming how productive your children will be even when you cultivate the best crop or the best seed ever. Practically speaking the rain season has more farmer obligations.

Obligations in the sense that it has become a regular norm for people to hijack the rain season so plant the best part of the farm and utilize it effectively. During the devices we have just beautiful draw into the farm setting because of the type of stress and chances they have. Just like what I am facing at the moment on my own farm I know that hundreds of people will have been seeing some signs also. That is why for you to be a farmer you must ready to carry all the crosses. Sometimes it may be rosy while sometimes it may be extremely difficult. But all this bring along lesson observation adjustment and regular record keeping. I have learnt a lot in this type of two seasons. The crops I planted which are of different sizes stages and age. Now they are facing what is called drought even though I engage myself on applying artificial irrigation system. Yet they are showing a lot of signs of drought. I took some pictures of the farm and also what I engage into some few hours ago when I notice this is coming to stay at this point in time.

  • These are mainly the green vegetables and when I moved closer and observe the soil it was critically shown that even when I had a lot of water within a short hour it is been evaporated. Nothing much go into the soil. These are the pictures I took before the proper action was taken a few hours ago.

I also noticed that some few eggplants are getting riped within few weeks which shouldn't be. Although I removed all this because of additional quick growth and regeneration of the parent plant. When this type of act happen on the farm you need to cut off or harvest the very riped eggplants for others too be able to grow faster.

I also found a lot of crack on the soil which means that no penetration of water into the soil and such. So I needed to add fast on what to do or else I may lose a lot of Farm produce as well as a lot of seed.

  • This was after I use a very sharp object to till the soil very well. I introduced this method because I did not want all my efforts to be in vain tomorrow over I have not practiced this in my entire farmimg career but now I brought out the initiative as well. Yes I'm making this to see if there will be much different in the production and also in the water assimilation. When your plants did not attract a lot of water there will be instances of drought gradually that is the end of your farm if care is not taking.

This method of ceiling the soil is as a result of no water supply into the soil even though I engage myself in using the artificial method of irrigation system always ever since there was shortage water. This artificial irrigation system is highly recommended for every farmer but you need a lot of water supply as back up. I am using the WELL WATER as my main source. So I am hoping it will not get dried up suddenly.

This method can be used if you are using the mobile seat bed to cultivate your crop and you have shortage of water supply into the soil. Like I said earlier this will be my first time of introducing this method to the plant and after then the application of water commences.

After each sections I decided to move from the green vegetables that are made this improvement on every cultivated section of the farm. You will see in the pictures that the chill pepper was also done. The okra section was also partially done not fully because there are okra plants in some other section of the farm as well.
