Hello Hivers 💕💞,

Immediately after some few hours before the onset of the sun I was in the yard where I planted so many green vegetables there are my major priority to a very good reasonable extent because without green vegetables there is no life.

I said this because even though you can breathe in oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide yes you are living as human but the next stage which involves the consumption of natural green vegetables is lacking this equivalent to no life. When you consume green vegetables twice or three times in a week you will feel more healthier than before.

This was the first batch of the green vegetables I have listed today the African grey spinach which everybody know but to those of us who are seeing these for the first time this is how it looks.

Mixing of two or more green vegetables together and cook as it on higher Healthy advantage it does to the body. To me it makes my body feel more lighter than before. Also it brings in more multivitamins into the body.

Getting to understand and know your own but the configuration is highly important and necessary to some people when you consume mixture of two or more green vegetables as its negative effects in the body but for some it's apparently makes the body function in double folds.
