This week our banana tree blessed us with a beautiful banana flower, from which we are going to get eight rows of bananas.
We have never got eight rows of bananas from our trees before. The most we would get was 4-5 rows of bananas, so this is a big set of bananas.
I always get super excited when wd get a new banana flower, because the process is so beautiful and very exciting, while watching everyday a new leaf open up and a new row of bananas comes out. Plus the bananas look so beautiful with the gorgeous flowers at the end.
Our avocado tree is also giving us blessings, by giving us lots of avocados. The good thing is that the avocados
are different sizes, from very tiny, to small to medium to big, this way they will will not rippen all at the same time and will last us longer. They should be ready starting the end of February till the end of April.
The awesome thing about this avocado tree is that once the avocados ard ready, tgey fall down from the tree without brusing or getting damaged, because they are still hard and green and it takes few days for them to rippen. This way we don't have to climb the tree or try to get the avocados from those tall branches. These avocados are absolutely amazing. The tastiest avocados, that we have ever tried and they are super big too.
Our mango tree, should start getting flowers soon. In El Salvador there are many different mango trees. Most of them already had the flowers a month or more ago and already have small mangos and will be ready in March, but our tree is one of those late trees that will give us mangos in May and June. Can't wait.
Most of the tropical fruits have their own season, except, fruits like bananas, plantains, coconuts, which grow all year round.
After growing some corn in our little garden area, I decided to try growing some potatoes, radishes, tomatoes, cucombers, peppers, garlic, beets, cohlrabi, sweet peas, beans, onions, lettuce and carrots, just to see and experience what will grow and what doesn't really grow here, since I have the seeds from Canada and the soil and weather is a bit different.
I also transplanted all of my aloe veras into the garden area. I want to plant a lot of aloe veras since I use it daily on my skin, hair and we also drink it.
Once I experience what grows good and what doesn't, then once we buy our land we can start growing bigger amounts of it.
Thank you for stopping by, and for your support. It's greatly appreciated.

I am a great supporter of @familyprotection which is working very hard to help the families stay together and this project is the most
amazing project that I would suggest for everyone in this hive community to check it out and support it and by doing it we are helping people in need who are trying to keep their kids safe from being taken away (kidnapped) by the Social Services. Here is the link Click here
