Plantain Harvest Day

Hello everyone,

This was a good day for me, because I was able to reap my plantain at last. Seeing the green fruits on branches gave me the pride of having rightly spent the time and energy on this process during the past several months.

I remember planting them last year, it was during the rainy season and here we are today
Within the next couple of hours I managed to harvest one bunch plantain. I was so excited to take tit home so they could prepare some tasty recipes using them.

Plantain can therefore be used in a sweet dish as well as a savory dish; this makes plantain quite unique. Plantain chips, plantain fritters and what have you, they are all made from it. I'm one person who likes eating plantains whether ripe or unripe they both taste good
I'm so glad about the harvest It was a form of appreciation of the time and energy that I had committed in nurturing my farm. When I had gotten home, all I could consider was the many meals that we would have from the fruit of my labor.

So it can be said that today was a productive day at the farm. When it was time for me to harvest my plantains, I was always a reminders of the good times that one gets from working the land and receiving good income from it. I will feel like harvesting these fruits with my family and friends because they are well taken care of plantains.
