It's obvious that nature can't be cheated, so when nature calls someone should do well to always obey. Sleeping itself has its own benefits to the body, that's why sleep isn't something one shot chest when it calls. There's a reason why the day is meant to work if there's need, while the night is meant to sleep and rest. Sleeping very well has it own medicine to the body. It's just like the way we treat the nature, how you many your body will determine how you will enjoy. Sleeping is for the relaxation of body, mind and soul.
According to research, it's gathered that every human being should at least sleep for about minimum of eight hours. Sleeping helps for the relaxation of the brain, also when you talk about the restoration of energy that is another thing that sleeping very well does. Sleeping very silly help you to restore your body energy after a hectic day. It's nature, it always calls for it. That's the more reason why when someone had a hectic day, immediately they get home, they feel tired and their body will like to rest and sleep.
When someone miss the time to sleep, naturally it has health effects on their body; health effects like overthinking, stress from lack of body relaxation, fatigue, lack of concentration on daily routine, amnesia. Amnesia is one of the side effects of not having good sleep, one would be forgetful or many things and literally affects the mental health. So don't work or stress yourself while you are suppose to be sleeping.
